1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbs unsalted butter
3 tbs cooking oil
Chopped coriander leaves
1 Star anise
1 bay leaf
2 green cardamons
1/2" inch Cinnamon stick
