2 lemons, peeled & de-seeded
2 inch fresh turmeric root, peeled & chopped
2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled & chopped
7-8 mint leaves, torn
4 cups water / coconut water
2 tbsp Onelife India Organic Ajwain Honey

Add all ingredients to a blender jar except for the honey & blend well.

Add honey to a glass, pour the blended mix & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
