Prepare attiéké by steaming it until fluffy and heated through, about 15 minutes.
Marinate chicken pieces with garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onions, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in chicken broth; simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Stir in green beans and hot pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve the chicken mixture over a bed of attiéké, garnished with fresh coriander.
