Start by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding a little avocado oil.
Add the green bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until they have some crispness, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove the peppers and onions from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the two pieces of Gary's quick steak and break them apart as they cook.
Cook the steak until browned, about 4-5 minutes, while seasoning with Kinder Blend seasoning.
Toast the amarosa roll in the skillet until golden brown.
Once the steak is nearly done, return the sautéed peppers and onions to the skillet to warm them up.
Place the white American cheese on top of the steak and add a little water to create steam, melting the cheese.
Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted roll.
Layer the shredded lettuce and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise.
Add the steak and melted cheese, followed by the sautéed peppers and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, and sprinkle with oregano.
Close the sandwich and cut it in half to serve.
