1 1/8 cup evaporated milk (warm)
3 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup glazed cherries (quartered)
1/4 cup mixed peel

Bake between 325º and 350º for approximately 45-60 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
