Mix baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and freshly grated nutmeg in a bowl.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well until combined.
In another bowl, combine coconut milk, egg, melted butter, and almond extract, and mix well.
Add condensed milk to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in chopped raisins and chopped cherries into the mixture.
Grease a loaf pan and line it with greased baking paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, adding extra chopped cherries on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
