2.5 pounds baby back ribs
sofrito
garlic paste
1 tablespoon adobo
1 tablespoon garlic powder
soy sauce
lime juice
1 packet sassoon
oil
1 cup water
1 sliced yellow onion

Wash and clean the baby back ribs.

Season the ribs with sofrito, garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of adobo, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, soy sauce, and lime juice.

Add a packet of sassoon and some oil, then toss the ribs well.

Marinate the ribs in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Arrange the marinated ribs in a 9x13 pan and pour 1 cup of water from the seasoning bowl over the ribs.

Add the sliced yellow onion on top of the ribs.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven at 275 degrees for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, raise the oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, remove the aluminum foil, and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
