Habichuelas con Dulce

3 Sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Butter

Rinse beans before cooking.

Put the washed beans in a saucepan with about half a liter of water, add salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and the sweet potatoes.

Cook over medium heat until beans and sweet potatoes are tender.

Put everything in a blender and puree it.

Strain the creamy beans back in the pot (discard the solids). Add the coconut milk, raisins and condensed milk and cook it for another 10 minutes.

Stir regularly so that it doesn't stick to the bottom and burns. Add milk if necessary.

Allow to cool at room temperature and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Or enjoy it hot straight when cooked.

Decorate with raisins and milk biscuits before serving.
