Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine corn flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Fold in grated cheese until evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Meanwhile, sauté chopped onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.

Add diced beef and chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned.

Stir in chopped vegetables and spices, cooking until tender.

Season with salt and herbs to taste.

Serve the baked corn dish alongside the meat and vegetable mixture.

Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
