Today, Pilau has gained popularity beyond its origins, with variations found in many parts of the world, adapting to local tastes and ingredients.

Cut 500g of beef into medium pieces.
Wash the meat.
Place the meat in a pot and add enough water to cover it.
Cook the meat for 25 to 30 minutes until soft.
Chop onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes.
After 25-30 minutes, check the meat; it should be ready.
Add vegetable oil to the pot with the meat.
Add cumin seeds and black pepper seeds to the oil and sauté.
Cook the meat until it turns golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté them until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
Add chopped onions and continue cooking.
Once the meat is golden brown, add boiled water to the pot.
Wash the rice and add it to the pot with the meat and water.
For every 2 cups of rice, add 4 cups of water.
Cook the rice for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
Let the pilau sit for 3 minutes before serving.
