1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 medium onion
2 seasoning cubes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup carrots, diced
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 medium normal tomatoes, chopped
1 medium shallot onion, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf, chopped
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 chili pepper, chopped
2 cups fish stock
3 cups long-grain rice

Cut the fresh mackerel into pieces, remove the intestines, and wash it.

Marinate the fish with garlic powder, ginger powder, onion, one seasoning cube, oregano, thyme, and salt.

Prepare vegetables: paprika, carrots, scallion, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, normal tomatoes, shallot onions, ginger, and garlic.
