1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
4 tomatoes
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
10 almonds
