1 & 1/4 Cup All purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
Water as Required
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Onion
1/4 tsp Fried Cumin
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Masoor Dal
1 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix all purpose flour, salt, and 1 tbsp oil together.

Add water as required to make a dough.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped onion, fried cumin, and minced garlic.

Add masoor dal and 1 cup water, and cook for 8 minutes on low flame.

Stir in red chilli powder, salt, and coriander leaves, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Fry the prepared mixture in medium heated oil until golden brown.
