8-10 corn kernels
1 tablespoon fresh cream
1 teaspoon garam masala
fresh coriander leaves (optional)
1 green chili
1 chopped onion

Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of regular red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder; mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream and mix until combined; cook for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garam masala and mix well; add a little water if the mixture is too dry.
