Spray a pot with low calorie canola oil.
Add 750 G of lean ground beef and break it up; cook until caramelized and in small pieces, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain the cooked beef and leave it to drain for 30 minutes.
In a rice cooker, combine 2 cups of white rice with 3 cups of water and cook.
In a pot of boiling water, carefully add eggs and boil for 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs; if you prefer hard-boiled, boil for 10 minutes.
After boiling, let the eggs cool at room temperature for 10 minutes.
In a bowl of cold water, mix 5 G of salt, 5 G of garlic powder, and 5 G of chicken powder until dissolved.
Snap the gai lan apart and boil it in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute; then place it in seasoned cold water to stop the cooking process.
Chop garlic, shallots, and regular red chilies; sauté them in a pan with low calorie canola oil on high heat for 1 minute.
Add the drained lean ground beef (500 G) to the pan and toss it around.
Add sugar, fish sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 100 ml of beef broth; mix thoroughly and reduce the broth on high heat.
Turn off the heat and add Thai basil; toss until slightly wilted.
Let the mixture cool completely before plating.
Crack open the cooled eggs and cut them in half for serving.
Microwave the prepared dish for 1.5 minutes before serving.
