गाजर को छीलकर ग्रेट कर लें।
ग्रेट की हुई गाजर को कढ़ाई में डालें।
मीडियम फ्लेम पर गाजर को पकाएं और चम्मच चलाते रहें।

1 किलो दूध डालें और गाजर को दूध में पकाएं।
चम्मच को चलाते रहें जब तक दूध ड्राई नहीं होता।
जब दूध ड्राई हो जाए, 4 चम्मच देसी घी डालें और भुनाई करें।
चीनी डालें और टेस्ट करके जरूरत अनुसार और चीनी डालें।
फीका खोया डालें और अच्छे से मिक्स करें।
इलायची पाउडर डालें और मिक्स करें।
ड्राई फ्रूट्स को रोस्ट करें और हलवे में डालें।
हलवे को बाउल में निकालें और गार्निशिंग के लिए खोया और ड्राई फ्रूट्स डालें।
