- 6Top the sandwich with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- 7Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 8Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown, another 3-4 minutes.
- 9Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing.
- 10Serve warm with pickles or a side salad.
