2-3 tablespoons hot oil
1 medium potato (mashed)
1/4 teaspoon salt (for potato stuffing)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander (for potato stuffing)
1 teaspoon pomegranate powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 medium-sized eggplant
5-6 spinach leaves
2 cups cauliflower
2 medium-sized onions
2-3 pinches red chili powder (for vegetables)
2-3 pinches salt (for vegetables)
