4 cups of hot water
1.5 tsp of sugar

Cut 6 crabs in half and scrub them clean.

Blend together 2 stalks of scallion, 3 cloves of garlic, thyme, 1 piece of hot pepper, and 4 pimento peppers to make green seasoning.

Season the cleaned crab with black pepper, a pinch of salt, and the green seasoning.

In a large pot, preheat on medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 bags of frozen spinach to the pot and cook down for about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of all spice, and 1 tsp of cinnamon; mix well.

Add 4 cups of hot water and 1 cup of okra to the pot, then cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, blend the mixture in the pot until smooth.

Add the seasoned crab to the pot and keep the stove on medium-high heat; cook for another 15 minutes.

Add 1.5 tsp of sugar to the pot and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
