Chopped Italian Sliders

Welcome to Slider Sunday, today we're making a chopped Italian slider.
Gather Italian deli meats: prosciutto, pepperoni, salami, and ham from the deli counter.
Prepare toppings: chop dill pickles, banana peppers, and red onion.
In a bowl, combine chopped pickles, banana peppers, pepperoncinis, and diced red onion.
Add Italian dressing (or sub dressing), olive oil, and about 1/4 cup mayonnaise to the mixture. Season with salt and mix well.
Chop the deli meats into rough pieces and warm them in a pan over medium heat.
Take Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls and keep them intact. Spread mayonnaise on one side.
Once the deli meats are warmed through, pile them onto the rolls and top with provolone cheese.
Put the top back on the rolls and place them in a tray.
Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and mix in Italian seasoning.
Brush the melted butter and seasoning mixture on top of the rolls.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the top is golden brown.
After about 8 minutes, remove from the oven and check for a golden crust.
Peel off the top layer carefully to avoid breaking the rolls.
Add the prepared lettuce mixture on top of the meats.
Finish with a little red wine vinegar and replace the top of the rolls.
Cut the rolls into sandwiches and serve.
