Dried dill is often more economical and has a longer shelf life.

Preheat the Ninja Foodi on bake/roast for 5 minutes.

Cut the tail of the snapper to fit in the Ninja Foodi.

Stuff the fish with butter, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, onions, and cilantro.

Make shallow cuts on the outside of the fish for seasoning to penetrate.

Season the outside of the fish with more Old Bay seasoning, fresh pepper, and salt.

Wrap the fish in aluminum foil and place it on a bed of lemon slices.

Set the Ninja Foodi to 400°F for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, open the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp the fish.

Remove the fish from the Ninja Foodi and serve.
