Take the steak out of the fridge at least half an hour before cooking.

Boil 150 g of whole grain rice for 25 minutes.

Tear open the jar of grilled peppers and add the juice to the rice.

Char the peppers on a hot griddle pan without oil for flavor.

Season the steak with salt and black pepper, and rub a little oil on the outside.
