For dehydrator chips, blanch the potato slices in boiling water for 2 minutes, then submerge them in cold water.

Place the blanched potato slices on the dehydrating tray of the Instant Pot Duo Crisp.

Set the Instant Pot to dehydrate at 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until the chips are crisp.
