2 Tablespoon Powder Sugar
½ Cup Melted Butter
2 Tablespoon Milk Powder
3 Tablespoon Corn Flour
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Water
100 Gram Fresh Cream or Thick Cream
4 Cube Cream Cheese
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 to 3 Drops Rose Water
Pistachio for Garnishing

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine kunafa dough with melted butter until evenly coated.

Press half of the dough mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine water, milk powder, corn flour, and sugar, and heat until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in fresh cream, cream cheese, and vanilla powder.

Spread the cream mixture evenly over the dough in the baking dish.

Top with the remaining dough mixture, pressing gently to compact.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top.
