Bombil Fry

4 Bombil fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons semolina
Oil for frying

Wash the Bombil fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl, mix together the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice.

Apply the spice mixture to the fillets, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the rice flour and semolina.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Coat each fillet with the rice flour and semolina mixture, pressing the mixture onto the fillet to ensure it sticks.

Once the oil is hot, add the fillets to the pan and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fillets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
