1

Cut the top london broil into strips or chunks.

2

Season the meat with sofrito, sasong, onion powder, garlic complete seasoning, pepper, parsley, and vinegar. Mix well and cover to marinate for about 30 minutes or longer.

3

Add oil and sugar to a pan, about 2 spoonfuls of sugar, and allow the sugar to brown without burning it.

4

Once the sugar is browned, add the marinated meat to the pan and let it sit for about 4 to 5 minutes without moving it to develop color.

5

After 4 to 5 minutes, mix the meat, then add half an onion, garlic cloves, and enough water to cover the meat.

6

Add 1 bouillon cube and 1 spoonful of tomato paste, mix well, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 45 minutes to an hour on medium to low heat.

7

After cooking for about an hour, remove the onion and add a little salt for taste. Continue cooking to thicken the sauce.

8

Smash the garlic cloves into the sauce as desired, or remove them if you don't like garlic.
