150g chocolate (sweet)
60g hazelnut
50g unsalted butter
2 eggs
60g granulated sugar
40ml heavy cream
50g cake flour
10g black cocoa powder
1-2 tsp rum
a pinch of salt

Chop the hazelnuts coarsely.

In a bowl, combine 2 eggs and granulated sugar, mix well, then add heavy cream and mix again.

Add chocolate, butter, and salt to the bowl, and melt using a double boiler.

Mix until shiny and smooth.

Gradually add the egg mixture, and add rum to taste, mixing well.
