1 cup Bulgarian cheese - Sirene
8 oz feta cheese
12 sheets filo pastry sheets
1 cup Greek yogurt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, crumbled feta cheese, Bulgarian cheese - Sirene, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Lay one sheet of filo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter.

Place another sheet of filo on top and brush with more butter.

Spoon a portion of the cheese mixture onto the bottom edge of the filo.

Fold the sides of the filo over the filling and roll it up tightly into a log.

Repeat the process with remaining filo and filling, placing the rolls in a greased baking dish.
