Add vanilla essence to the dry ingredients and mix.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture, measuring to ensure the dough isn't too soft or too hard.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of margarine and knead the dough until smooth, either by hand or with a hand mixer.
Add a little oil to the dough to prevent stickiness and mold it into a ball.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with cling film, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
Remove the cling film, deflate the dough, and transfer it to a flat surface.
Flatten the dough with hands or a rolling pin, then fold it into a log, sealing the ends well.
Transfer the folded dough into an oiled baking pan, cover with cling film, and let it rise again for 1-2 hours.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until done.
