10 stock cubes

2 tbsp ghee
4 cups basmati rice, washed and soaked for 20 minutes
salt to taste

Add salt to taste and 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter); mix well again.

Add 4 cups of washed and soaked basmati rice; mix gently.

Cover and cook the rice until it is about 80% cooked.

Gently mix the rice, ensuring it is not fully cooked.

Cover again and cook on low flame until the rice is fully cooked.
