Measure 1 cup of basmati rice (250g) and wash it, then soak it for 30 minutes.

Prepare 2 cups of water for the pulao.

Add mixed vegetables (carrots and beans) and chicken pieces to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and make a broth with the stock.

Add 13 peppercorns, 11 cloves, and cardamom for flavoring.

Chop 1 onion finely and heat oil in a pan to sautรฉ the onion until aromatic.

Add the turmeric powder to the sautรฉed onion.

Add the soaked rice to the pan and stir for a few minutes on low flame.

Pour in the prepared broth and mix well, checking the salt level since the broth may contain salt.

Cover the pot and cook on low flame until the rice is nicely cooked, which will take a few minutes.
