Cream of mushroom pork chops & garlic potatoes

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Finely dice a lot of onion and add it to a bowl.

Add a lot of garlic powder, black pepper, and Mount Scio Savory to the bowl with the onion.

Combine the breadcrumbs, Savory, and onions together in the bowl.

Smash garlic in salt and add it to the cubed potatoes along with a lot of onion in big pieces.

Add a big knob of butter (about 1/4 cup) to the potatoes.

Season the potatoes with black pepper and mix in caramelized onion, butter, and parmesan cheese.

Season the pork chops with onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Melt half a cup of butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs to ensure they are moist.

Use an ice cream scoop to drop scoops of dressing on top of the seasoned pork chops.

Pour one can of cream of mushroom soup over the pork chops, filling the can with broth to get all the soup out.

Try to avoid pouring cream of mushroom soup directly on the dressing to maintain flavor.

Place the pork chops and potatoes in the oven to bake for approximately one hour.
