Spicy Shrimp Bisque

1 pkg bacon (12 oz.)
2 -3 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 pints half-half
1 lb shrimp (frozen or fresh & deveined)
8 oz crab meat
2 cans cream corn
4 oz green chiles
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salsa De Leon – desired heat level

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry.

Cook potatoes in bacon drippings.

Add diced onion to potatoes, shortly before potatoes are fully cooked.

In a large crock pot combine all ingredients.

Cook soup for 45 minutes to 1 hour on high setting. If required, add an additional half-half.
