In a separate pot, combine 150 ml of water, 150 ml of milk, and 150 ml of vegetable oil, then bring to a boil.

Once boiling, pour the hot mixture over the polvilho and salt, mixing well to scald the polvilho.

Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.

Add 40 g of parmesan cheese (optional) to the mixture for flavor.

Add 3 eggs one at a time, mixing with your hands until the dough is sticky and well combined.

Shape the dough into desired forms, such as ferradura (horseshoe) shapes or small balls, ensuring to leave space between them on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) while shaping the dough.
