1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml milk
5 boiled eggs
1 handful coriander leaves

Cut 2 medium sized onions into small pieces.

Chop 3 green chilies into 2 pieces.

Blend the green chilies and onions in a blender to make a fine paste.

Place a clean kadai on the stove and switch it on to high flame.

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the hot kadai.

Drop in the green chili and onion paste into the pan.

Continuously fry the ingredients until the raw taste goes away and the color changes.

Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and stir continuously for 5 to 10 minutes until the raw taste is gone.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt; mix well.

Switch off the stove and add 200 ml of milk, mixing all the ingredients together.

Switch on the stove and wait for the ingredients to boil until the oil separates.

Cut 5 boiled eggs into two halves.

Chop one handful of coriander leaves and add it to the mixture for flavor and fragrance.

Add the halved eggs to the boiling mixture.

Allow the ingredients to boil for a few minutes, then cover the pan and let the eggs cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Open the pan after 2 minutes and flip the eggs to coat them with the masalas.
