Artichoke Dip

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup finely shredded parmesan
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil

6 ounces chopped marinated artichokes
6 ounces thawed frozen spinach
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 2/3 cup of finely shredded parmesan, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chop up 6 ounces of marinated artichokes and add them to the mixture.

Add 6 ounces of thawed frozen spinach to the mixture and mix everything together until well incorporated.

Place the mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Top the mixture with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
