Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 clove garlic
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tub shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced jalapenos (optional)

Defrost and drain the frozen chopped spinach, pressing out excess water.

Mince 1 clove of garlic.

Drain and chop the quartered artichoke hearts into small pieces.

In a crock pot, combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream.

Add the minced garlic to the crock pot.

Add the drained chopped spinach to the crock pot.

Add the chopped artichoke hearts to the crock pot.

Mix the ingredients in the crock pot, breaking up the spinach as needed.

If desired, add 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos to the mixture.

Add a tub of shredded parmesan cheese to the crock pot and mix well.

Cover the crock pot and set it to low for 2 to 3 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
