easy
6 servings
Servings4
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
white onion
garlic
Parmesan cheese
part skim mozzarella cheese
low-fat cream cheese
1 bag spinach
1

Start by adding nonfat plain Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl as a lighter alternative to sour cream.

2

Chop a can of quartered artichoke hearts and add them to the bowl.

3

Chop some white onion and add it to the mixture.

4

Add a lot of garlic to the bowl, as it's a favorite ingredient.

5

Add grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.

6

Add part skim mozzarella cheese to the bowl.

7

Add low-fat cream cheese to the mixture.

8

Add a bag of roughly chopped spinach to the bowl and mix everything together as much as possible.

9

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

10

Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker, pressing it down to fit it all in.

11

If necessary, after about half an hour of cooking, you can add more spinach as it cooks down.

12

Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3 to 4 hours.

13

Stir the dip every 15 to 20 minutes to keep it moving and prevent sticking.

14

Once done, stir the dip to combine and serve with dippers like pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies.
