6 servings
Servings4
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (14 oz) canned artichokes, drained and chopped
2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp lemon zest

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2

In a medium bowl, add room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

3

Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks of cream cheese.

4

Add garlic powder, chopped spinach, and roughly chopped artichokes to the bowl.

5

Drain the canned artichokes and ensure the spinach is thawed and excess liquid is removed to avoid a watery dip.

6

Add a pinch of hot pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the mixture.

7

Add half of the mozzarella, half of the white cheddar, and half of the parmesan cheese to the bowl, reserving the other half for topping.

8

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

9

Transfer the mixture into a cast iron skillet and even it out on top.

10

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.

11

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
