How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Dip | Restaurant Style

Cut off the top of a head of garlic.

Place the garlic in foil.

Drizzle olive oil over garlic.

Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the garlic in the oven at 375 degrees for 60 minutes.

Dice 1/2 of yellow onion.

Dice 1 shallot.

Roughly chop 6 quartered artichoke hearts.

Grate mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Roughly chop 1 bag of spinach.

In a skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Add onions and shallot.

Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 2 bags of spinach and chopped spinach.

Cook until wilted.

Drain excess water from the spinach.

In a bowl, add spinach, artichokes, roasted garlic, 12 oz of whipped cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix.

Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.

Add spinach and artichoke dip to an oven safe dish.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
