Easiest Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip // New Year’s Eve or Game Day ❤️

Set the crock pot on high and spray it lightly with non-stick spray.

Add 8 oz of cream cheese to the crock pot.

Add 1 cup of sour cream to the crock pot.

Add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to the crock pot.

Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onions to the crock pot.

Add 1 large garlic clove, finely minced, to the crock pot.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to the crock pot.

Add 12 oz of thawed and squeezed dry frozen spinach to the crock pot.

Add 12 oz of drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts to the crock pot.

Add 1 1/2 cups of freshly grated mozzarella cheese to the crock pot.

Add 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the crock pot.

Mix the ingredients together lightly in the crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and let it cook for about 1 hour until bubbling.

Stir the dip well after 1 hour of cooking.

Serve the dip in a dish, optionally sprinkling with red pepper flakes.

Arrange crustini bread and assorted crackers around the dip for serving.
