Recipe Information
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Rough chop the baby spinach and set it aside.
Chop up the artichokes, avoiding mincing them.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, fresh chopped garlic, and 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Mix the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Add the chopped artichokes and spinach to the mixture and finish mixing until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano on top.
Bake in a 350°F oven for about 15 minutes until bubbling.
