In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of milk, ground cayenne pepper to taste, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup of chopped fresh conch, 1/2 a white onion, 1/2 a red bell pepper, 2 stalks of celery, and 2 cloves of garlic to make a batter.

Heat oil in a fryer to 365°F.
