1 Cup Flour /Maida
3 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Cup Water
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp Onion
2 Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Black Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Coriander Leaves
Some Water

Mix Flour, Curd, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, and Oil well.

Add Water and make a dough.

Keep the dough aside.

For the potato stuffing, mix Boiled Mashed Potatoes, Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Cumin Powder, and Coriander Leaves well.

Take some dough and fill it with potato stuffing, covering it well.

Roll the stuffed dough.

Sprinkle Black Seeds, Sesame Seeds, and Coriander Leaves on top.

In a frying pan, add some water and place the kulcha in it.

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Spread Ghee on top and cook both sides well.
