¼ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp peanuts powder
1 tbsp besan / gram flour
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds (sarson/rai)
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
¼ tsp asafoetida / hing
2 cups kakdi / cucumber, chopped
¼ cup water
1 tbsp coriander leaves
