Coconut Milk - 2.5 Cup
Chicken /Vegetable stock - 2.5 Cup
Coconut Oil - 3 TBS
Ghee - 1 TBS
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Clove
Onion - 1/2
Coriander leaves
Pomegranate

Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear.

In a pot, heat coconut oil and ghee over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the spices: cardamom, cinnamon, and clove, and cook until fragrant.
