Go to Walmart to gather ingredients for deep fried lasagna.
Select ground beef and Italian sausage from the store.
Purchase mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and other necessary ingredients.
Return home and heat a cast iron skillet on high heat; add extra virgin olive oil.
Dice and add onion to the skillet; stir to caramelize until transparent.
Add ground beef and Italian sausage to the skillet; cook until 85% done, breaking it apart.
Strain the juices from the meat mixture and add tomato puree and tomato paste; stir well.
Add marinara sauce to the mixture to balance the flavors.
Season the sauce with oregano, onion powder, Creole seasoning, black pepper, and salt to taste; mix well.
Add a tablespoon of sugar to the sauce to reduce the strong tomato flavor; mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, combine a whole tub of Parmesan cheese and a whole thing of mozzarella cheese; mix well.
Add two eggs to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined; add parsley.
Layer the lasagna by spreading sauce on the bottom of a pan, adding a tortilla, cheese, and more sauce; repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Place the assembled lasagna in the freezer for 45 minutes to firm up.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 375°F for frying.
Prepare a bowl with all-purpose flour, another with Italian breadcrumbs, and mix milk with two egg yolks in a separate bowl.
Check the oil temperature; wait until it reaches 375°F before frying.
Cut the frozen lasagna into pieces; if it sticks, gently break the sides to release.
Coat each lasagna piece in the egg wash, then dredge in flour and breadcrumbs.
Carefully drop the coated lasagna pieces into the hot oil; fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Remove fried lasagna pieces and drain on paper towels.
