2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon grated tonka bean (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla essence/extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 tablespoons grated ginger
1/2 cup raisins
