2 tbsp cooking oil

3 tomatoes, grated
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper
1/4 yellow pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
