We're going to be making one of my childhood favorites Salsa or chicken foot.

Add all-purpose flour and split pea flour to a bowl.

Add blended herbs and aromatics (garlic, scallion, parsley, chili peppers) to the flour.

Add all-purpose seasoning, bouillon, black pepper, and turmeric to the flour mixture; mix well.

Gradually add warm water to the mixture until a sticky dough forms.

Set the dough aside while preheating the oil.

Use a potato ricer to shape the dough; place some dough inside the ricer.

Fry the shaped dough in preheated oil, one row at a time.

Shake and loosen the dough in the oil to prevent sticking.

Fry until golden brown and crispy; remove from oil and repeat with remaining dough.

Serve with mango and tamarind sour.
